Have you imagined gold is beneficial to your skin? Cosmetic companies such as La Prairie have made products with gold as one of the ingredients. They say that this metal can be helpful in preventing signs of aging like acne. Some people also claim that a gold treatment will speed up cell recovery, cure damaged skin, and help your skin more effectively absorb other ingredients you put on your face. The way to make a gold mask is also taught in some skincare schools.
However some dermatologists, based on their researches, found that face creams with gold would cause allergies. They say that the benefits of gold, suggested by cosmetic companies above, are not supported by any scientific research. It has not been proved to be helpful in firming your skin and eliminating wrinkles.
